YOUR BOOKING

A dedicated amount of time will be allocated to your booking for the completion of work. Please let us know if you require additional work in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional work will not be performed without prior notice if it is not part of the arranged work.

Due to the nature of the trade, we can only give you an estimated time of arrival. We will always try to get to you on time, however we may over-run on a previous job. If this unfortunately happens to you, we will always keep you updated.


DPT Commercial Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking with no notice should circumstances dictate. We will always try where possible to make contact to cancel/postpone/reschedule, however from time to time, we are subject to circumstances outside of our control.


missed bookings

If your vehicle is not at the address given for works to be performed, you will have 30 minutes to return it for the work to be carried out. If the vehicle is unable to return within 30 minutes, you will be sent an invoice for a call out fee of £60 + VAT.


CANCELLED BOOKINGS

If for any reason you may need to cancel your appointment, please do give us as much notice as possible to allow us to give your slot to somebody else who may be in desperate need.
We understand sometimes cashflow doesn't always go to plan, if you need to postpone your booking or reschedule, please do let us know as soon as possible, we will always try to work with you and try our best to get you booked in on a day that suits you.


PARTS

Any parts required to carry out the repair will be supplied by DPT Commercial Ltd. Under NO Circumstances will we entertain fitting parts supplied by the customer. There are 2 reasons for this; the first reason is if a part was to fail and cause damage to your vehicle in anyway, our Public Liability Insurance would be invalid and would not cover the cost of repairs; secondly we offer 12 month warranty for all repair work carried out as we only use parts from trusted suppliers and certain brands.


WHile we are with your vehicle

When we turn up to carry out work on your vehicle, we are more than happy to show and talk you through what we are doing as we know some are generally interested, however please bear in mind that while we are with your vehicle, the area we are working in, now becomes our workspace and simple health and safety practices can reduce the chances of damage or injury.

While work is being carried out, please ensure you remain at a safe distance from the vehicle as some vehicle repairs can be dangerous.  Please be aware that as trained professionals, some repairs can carry an element of risk and to ensure your safety it is imperative you maintain distance to avoid injury.

There will be NO access to your vehicle while work is being carried out unless agreed by the technician on site who will ensure it is safe to do so.

Please respect our rules, it is not only for our safety, but also yours!


Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of any work carried out. All parts remain property of DPT Commercial Ltd until the invoice is settled in FULL. We do not offer credit or any kind of flexible payment options. Payment terms are “No payment, no keys, no exceptions.” Please ensure you have sufficient funds before booking.


For Businesses, payment terms will be agreed prior to work being carried out.
